SALARY OF THE CITY JUDGE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Laurel,
Montana, that Section 2.68.100 of the Laurel Municipal Code is
hereby amended as follows:
Section 2.68.100. Salary of the City Judge. The salary of
the City Judge shall be fifteen thousand one hundred and
NO/100 Dollars ($15,100.00) per year paid semi-monthly
and he shall receive a fringe benefit of the regular group
health coverage supplied to City employees, retroactive to
July 1, 1992.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the
City Council on July 21 , 1992, by Alderman Kello§g
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 4th day of August
