REPEALING SECTION 5.04.050 OF THE LAUREL
MUNICIPAL CODE, DEFINING SUBMISSION OF
BUSINESS APPLICATION TO THE COUNCIL.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 5.04.050 of the Laurel Municipal
Code is hereby repealed.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council on September 1, 1992 , by Alderman Orr
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 15th day of September , 1992, upon a motion
by Alderman Marshall
APPROVED by the Mayor this 16th , 1992.
