Meeting called to order at 1900 by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were Don Schlegelmilch,Bob Western,And Bill Brennan.
Guests present were Craig Canfield,Doug Poehls,Will Metz,Randy Pfiefle,Schaak +3 more.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
Bills were presented and approved.
Graig reported Environmental Assessment to F.A.A.,A.W.O.S. Still pending.
Have heard nothing from Stewart concerning his hangar lease.
Second Metz Human Rights hearing end of June.
John reported on Spring Montana Community Airport Ass'n.meeting.Discussed airport security,public
relations,establishing web pages,etc.
Will contact C.P.Const.about repairing road damaged by their equipment.
Randy Pfeifle objected to paying rent and wants over $122.000.00 for services while living at the
Airport.Referred to our attorney.
Received a bid of $1,024 for chemicals to sterilize around lights and along edges of runways.
Metz bought Redding's iinterest in the hail hangars and others and wants leases transferred.We
explained that for several years we have been charging by lot size used ,not building size.No further
action taken at this time.
Aviation Week will be in the first week in may.We need volunteers to clean up Airport.
Meeting adjourned at 1950.
