ADDING SECTION 5.04.061 TO THE LAUREL
MUNICIPAL CODE, FIRE INSPECTION FOR
BUSINESSES.
BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 5.04.061 of the Laurel Municipal
Code be added to read as follows:
Section 5.04.061. Fire inspection for businesses.
Licenses being applied for require a fee of ten
dollars for'a fire inspection. The fire inspector's
report will be returned within 10 days, and the
license applied for may then be issued.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage of the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
