AMENDING SECTION 5.04.130 OF THE LAUREL
MUNICIPAL CODE, COUNCIL AUTHORITY.
BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 5.04.130 of the Laurel Municipal
Code be amended as follows:
Section 5.04.130. Council authority.
No licensee shall assign any license granted by the City,
unless authorized by the treasurer in writing, or by
ordinance. All applications made and all licenses issued,
shall bear on their face the following:
This application is made subject to the terms and conditions
of the ordinance of the City of Laurel, Montana, which are
hereby agreed to and this license is not transferable.
~ This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days
after final passage of the City Council and approval by the
Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council on SeDtember 1, 1992 , by Alderman Kell0g~
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 15th day of September , 1992, upon a motion
by Alderman 0rr
APPROVED by the Mayor of the City of Laurel on ~he 16th day
of September , 1992.
