REPEALING CHAPTER 5.32 OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL
CODE, SECONDHAND STORES.
BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Chapter 5.32 of the Laurel Municipal Code
is hereby repealed.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the
City Council on September 1, 1992 , by Alderman Kellogg
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 15th day of September , 1992, upon a motion
by Alderman Collins
APPROVED by the Mayor this 16th day of September
, 1992.
