Yellowstone Valley Electric Cooperative invites you to be our breakfast guest at 7:30
a.m. Wednesday, March 23, 2011. The breakfast will be in the Missouri Room — Grand Ball
Room of the Holiday Inn. This will precede the Annual Meeting of the members of the
Cooperative. The program will be concluded by 8:45 a.m., early enough for you to reach your
business on time.
An update on important energy issues being discussed in this legislative session will be
presented by our guest speaker, Gary Wiens. Mr. Wiens is the Assistant GeneralManager of
the Montana Electric Cooperatives' Association.
Please fill out the enclosed card and return it to us as soon as possible so that reservations
may be made. You may invite someone to attend on your behalf if you are unable to be at the

The Annual Meeting of the Cooperative follows at the Holiday Inn — Montana
Convention Center, with a sit -down luncheon served at 12:00 noon SHARP and the meeting
