Meeting called to order at 1900 by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were Bill Brennan,Don Schlegelmilch,and Bob Western.
Guests were Craig Canfield,John Ostlund,Bob Spannagle,and Doug Poehls.
Minutes of the November meeting were approved as read.
Minutes of the special meeting on January 11,were approved as read.
Bills were presented and approved.
Discussed and approved Poehl's hangar lease {motion by Western,2° by Brennan }.
Craig reported that we are making progress on the A.W.O.S..It has been inspected by the F.A.A.
It will be an advisory sevice only.
It needs a higher radio output.
Barometer may need to be heated.
Craig submitted the Capital Improvement Plan.
Srewart hangar has been approved,we will send him a lease.
Kirby hangar lease is on hold per the heirs request.
Motion to buy Troy Bilt tractor mower.Approved.
John Deere is still on E- Bay.No bids.
New Human Rights complaint by Metz about his being in violation of State fire codes.
Murl Williams resigned from the Authority citing harrassment by constant lawsuits and complaints by
certain parties.Just not worth the constant hassle.
Meeting adjourned at 1955.

A big thanks to Don and Merl for all the work they have done on the snow
plow. Their snow removal has been above and beyond .
