is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 10.52.050. Three Hour Parking District.
A. The three-hour parking district shall encompass the
from East of Colorado Avenue to Washington Avenue, and from
Street to 1st Street as specified below.
B. No person shall park any vehicle on the
streets or parts of streets for longer than three hours:
