Motion by Wally, seconded by Dick to go with version #2 from Larson Welding for a full sheet metal
podium at a cost of $568.00. Motion carried.
Dynamic Design gave us two bids for a memorial edge plaque for the front of the podium. A 10 "x20"
will cost $348.00 and a 10 "x10" will be $290.00.
• Front Entrance — The cleanup has started. The columns, gates and fencing have been removed. Some
cleanup is still needed on the curbing. A project rebuilding plan is now needed.
• Imaging of Pauper's Section — Chuck tried calling Advanced Thermal Imaging in Billings and they are
no longer in service. Kurt is gathering information from the University of Montana to see if they would
be interested in this for a student/class project.
• Cemetery Pump — Chuck said the pump needs either repair or replacement. In checking into the repairs,
it may cost $3,500.00 for the pump and $3,500.00 to rewind the pump, for a total repair bill of $7,000.00.
The Mayor, Kurt and Matt are going to meet with Lonnie Bekel to discuss the options and report back in
two weeks.
The meeting adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
Respectfully Submitted,
