Authority on January 11, 2011
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Smith at 10:00 AM
Members present were
John Smith
Don Schlegelmilch
Merl Williams
A brief explanation was made by John Smith regarding the Metz
Human Rights claim and the opinion of Mr. Peterson, counsel for
the Laurel Airport Authority.
A motion was made by Don Schlegelmilch that the Airport
Authority follows the direction of Counsel and reject the Metz
proposal
The motion was seconded by Merl Williams
All present voted in favor of the motion
A motion by Don Schlegelmilch was made to adjourn
Seconded by Merl Williams, passed.
Meeting adjourned at 10:05
