Please let this letter serve to provide notice of programming and channel changes that
will take place as early as December 31, 2010.
As of January 1, 2011, Bresnan will launch the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) on the
Digital Basic tier of service. OWN will be made available on channel position 326,
formerly occupied by Discovery Health Network.
Since OWN is exclusive to the Digital Basic tier of service, the customer notification
process will begin with a Digital Set Top Box Message on or around January 1, 2011. In
addition, customers can always find the most current channel and packaging information
on Brenan's consumer website www.bresnan.com.
