AMENDING SECTION 10.48.140 TO DELETE A PREVIOUSLY
ESTABLISHED PASSENGER LOADING ZONE.
BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, as follows:
That the previously established passenger loading zone
particularly described below, is hereby deleted as a passenger
loading zone under Laurel Municipal Code Section 10.48.140:
On the south side of East
Main Street, a zone of
twenty feet in length,
adjacent to and east of
the east crosswalk at the
intersection of East Main
Street and Colorado
Avenue.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage of the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the city
Council on 3snusry 19 , 1993, by Alderman Kilpatriek
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel city Council on second
reading this 16th day of February , 1993, upon a motion
by Alderman Orr
of
APPROVED by the Mayor of the City of Laurel on the lYth
February , 1993.
