AMENDING SECTION 10.48.110 OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE,
TO ALLOW THE PARKING OF LARGER TRUCKS IN CITY LIMITS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Laurel,
Montana, that Section 10.48.110 of the Laurel Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 10.48.110. Parking of large vehicles prohibited.
It is unlawful for any person to park a vehicle in the
City that has a width greater than 104 inches, or a total
length exceeding thirty four (34) feet, including load.
This Ordinance Shall become effective thirty (30) days
after final passage of the City Council and approval by the
Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the
City Council on February 2, 1993, by Alderman Marshall.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 16th day of February, 1993, upon a motion by
Alderman Marshall.
APPROVED by the Mayor of the City of Laurel on the~17th
day of February, 1993.
