AMENDING SECTION 17.16.020 AND TABLE 17.16.020 OF THE
LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE, ESTABLISHING ZERO SETBACKS IN
RESIDENTIAL 6,000, RLMF, AND RMF ZONES IF APPROVED
THROUGH THE SPECIAL REVIEW PROCESS.

IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 17.16.020 and Table 17.16.020 of the
Laurel Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
That zero setbacks from side lot lines in Residential 6,000,
RLFM, and RMF zones may be permitted if approved through the
special review process.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the city
Council on February 16 , 1993, by Alderman Graham
ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
day of Mareh , 1993, upon a motion by
APPROVED by the Mayor this 3rd day of
March , 1993.
