REPEALING SECTION 2.76.030 OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL
CODE, AUXILIARY POLICE DEPARTMENT TO OPERATE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Laurel,
Montana, that Section 2.76.030 of the Laurel Municipal Code is
hereby repealed.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the city
Council on March 2 , 1993, by Alderman Marshall
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 16th day of March , 1993, upon a motion by
Alderman Kello~K
APPROVED by the Mayor this lYth day of March ,
