Meeting called to order at 1900 by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were Bill Brennan and Don Schlegelmilch.
Guests present were Canfield,Redding,Pfiefle,Chad Potter,Crilly,Schaak,Stewart.
Minutes of the previous meeting approved as read.
Bills were presented and approved.
Craig Canfield report;Environmental assessment,public hearing Jan.11,1011.A.W.O.S.
Still needs to be formally commissioned by F.A.A..Potomac Aviation to coordinate with
F.A.A..Need to find local to handle it.Yellowstone Valley Electric in Airport influence
area- should hear soon from F.A.A. On power lines.
Kirby and Stewart have 30 days to bring hangars into compliance.Stewart
cooperating,noword from Kirby estate.
Bids on new East window for quonset hut too high at this time.
Will try to sell John Deere tractor on E -Bay or whatever.
Sent letters to hangar owners concerning weeds.
Aviation & Technology Week is May 9 thru 12,2011.
Road has been repaired.
State Airport inspection,no problems.
State F.A.A. Meeting in Helena Oct.10 & 11.
We will work with Schaak to obtain chemicals.Cactus is spreading.
Don reported on M.T.C.A.A.meeting in Lewistown.
Meeting adjourned at 1950.
