AMENDING SECTION 8.08.010 OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL
CODE, CITY TO OPERATE CONTAINER SITE.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 8.08.010 of the Laurel Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 8.08.010. city to operate container site.
The city shall operate a container site for garbage and
debris. The director of public works shall be the officer in
charge of the container site, and shall adopt such rules and
regulations as may be required in the operation of the
container site. Such rules shall be posted at the entrance of
the container site and must be obeyed by all persons using the
container site.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days
after final passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council on March 16, 1993 , by Alderman Marshall ,
and passed.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council on second
reading this 6th day of April , 1993, upon motion by
Alderman Collins
APPROVED by the Mayor this 6th day of April ,
1993.
