AMENDING SECTION 10.52.010, LMC,
SPECIFYING THE DAYS AND TIMES OF THE WEEK
DURING WHICH CERTAIN PARKING LIMITATION ORDINANCES
IN CHAPTER 10.52 SHALL APPLY
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of
Laurel, that Laurel Municipal Code Section 10.52.01 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
10.52.060 Parkina limitations on certain streets.
The parking of motor vehicles on particular streets or parts
of streets within the city is controlled by the ordinances set
forth in this chapter and by other ordinances of the city. When
appropriate signs are erected, giving indication of such
regulations, no driver of a vehicle shall disobey the direction of
any such sign. The parking limitations and rules set forth in
Section 10.52.020, 10.52.040, 10.52.050, and 10.52.060 of this
chapter, establishing reserved parking at city hall, two-hour
parking districts, three-hour parking districts, and four-hour
parking districts, respectively, shall be enforced between the
hours of 7:00 o'clock a.m. and 6:00 o'clock p.m. on Monday through
Friday of each week, inclusive, excluding legal holidays.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
final passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
Introduced on first reading at a regular meeting of the Laurel
City Council on the 18th day of May , 1993, by Alderman
Marshall , and passed.
