Dear Davis Ditch Board of Directors and Landowners:
Enclosed find an updated bill with the addition of fees for an attorney, Ace Electric and a
hydrologist. You can go ahead and reimburse me the costs 1 have incurred otherwise we will go
to court. I am sure to prevail. It does not matter to me. The dilemma with Steve Aacker is
something the Davis Board must work out with him. This problem has caused me an immense
amount of time and strife.
Consider this my last attempt to work through the Board. You have 30 days to pay this
bill or I will file a complaint with the court. This bill reflects direct costs I have had to outlay to
keep my property from additional flooding.
