PROHIBITING U-TURNS ON CERTAIN CITY STREETS
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, that Section 10.12.350 is hereby added to the
Laurel Municipal Code, as follows:
Sec. 10.12.950 U-Turns Prohibited on Certain City Streets.
1. It is hereby declared unlawful for the driver of any
motor vehicle to make a U-Turn on any of the following-specified
public streets or parts of public streets of the City of Laurel:
Streets on Which
U-Turns are
Prohibited From To
So. Fourth Street East First Ave. So. So. Washington Ave.
So. Washington Ave. E. Railroad Street So. Fourth St. E.
2. Any person who shall violate the terms of this
ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as set forth
in Section 1.36.010 of this Code.
3. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty days
after final passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.

Marshall at a regular meeting of the City Council on Sune 15,
1993.
