The MMIA Board of Directors consists of fifteen individuals representing member entities of the

terms on the Board are for two years. Terms are staggered and expire at the MMIA Annual
meeting.
At the 2010 MMIA Annual meeting, an election will be held for four seats representing members
with a population under 20,000. All five incumbent Board members(including the at-large

conjunction with the League of Cities Conference in Butte, MT.
