Minutes of the City Council of Laurel
December 22, 1981
A special meeting of the-City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana,
was held in the Council Chambers and called to order by Mayor Larry D. Herman
at 5:07 p.m., o-n December 22, 1981.
The purpose of this meeting is to consider the construction bid on the
Riverside Park Change House.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Albert Ehrlick Bill Brennan
Harold Burns Susan Carter
Donald Meyers Ervin Metzger
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: Duane Behm Terry Fink
Sue Carter reported that the Park Committee met and reviewed the letter
from Dick Franks and the bird from Merle Cherry Construction. It is the
committee's recommendation that the bid for the first phase be awarded to
Merle Cherry Construction.
Discussion.
Motion by Alderwoman Carter to accept the base bid from Merle Cherry
Construction in the amount o 23,300.00, seconded by Alderman Brennan.
Carried.
There being .no further business to come before the Council at this time,
the meeting was adjourned at 5:I2 p.m.
