December 22, 1981
A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana,
was held in the Council Chambers and called to order by Mayor Larry D. Herman,
at 5:12 p.m., on December 22, 1981.
The purpose of this meeting is to consider the landfill easement from
the Department of State Lands and Investments.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT:

Duane Behm
Bill Brennan
Susan Carter
Ervin Metzger
Terry Fink
Mayor Herman reported that we have received approval from the Department
of State Lands fora landfill easement. The cost of this easement is $2,525.00,
and we have $5,000.00 budgeted for this purpose. The Mayor asked for the
approval of payment.
Discussion.
Motion by Alderman Ehrlick to approve the payment of $2,525.00 to the
Department of State Lands and Investments for the easement and deed fee,
seconded by Alderman Metzger. Carried.

copy of the application.)
There being no further business to come before the Council at this time,
the meeting was adjourned at 5:15 p.m~~ ~ .~ ~.~~
