June 29, 2010
A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana, was held in the
Council Chambers and called to order by Mayor Ken Olson at 6:10 p.m. on June 29, 2010.

COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: Emelie Eaton Norm Stamper

PUBLIC INPUT:
SCHEDULED MATTER:
• Resolution No. R10-73: A resolution of the City Council authorizing the Mayor to sign
a Transportation Coordination Plan with the Yellowstone Council on Aging for the
Laurel Transportation System Coordination Plan.
Motion by Council Member Rodgers to approve Resolution No. R10-73, seconded by
Council Member Hart. There was no public comment.
Council Member Poehls asked regarding the responsibilities for vehicle insurance for the Council on
Aging and the City of Laurel. He asked if the city had checked with its insurance carrier.
Mayor Olson stated that MMIA is aware of this and asked the city to assure that the drivers are
capable and meet requirements.
A vote was taken on the motion. All five council members present voted aye. Motion carried 5-0.
There being no further business to come before the council at this time, the meeting was adjourned at
6:13 p.m.
