Meeting called to orde at 1900 by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were Bill Brennan,Bob Western,Roy Zahm,and Don Schlegelmilch.
Guests present were Craig Canfield,Jacob Keierber,and Mogan.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as amended.
Bills were presented and approved.
Discussed new automatic gate.It can be operated by key pad or remote unit.The timer can
be set to automaticaly close or open at whatever time we decide.Should be installed this
week.
Craig reported that the cultural resource study on the Fox property is done.
Old hangar area;no response from Kirby or Stewart to our letter.Crilly hangar has been
demolished.
Nothing new on Metz Human Rights complaint.
Nothing new on Fly -in.
Need to meet with Schaak regarding leasing area in southeast comer.
Discussed S.O.M.E.Lease.Moved by Western,2° by Zahm to approve lease
proposal.Motion passed unanimously.
Moved by Brennan,2°d by Western to approve 2011 budget.Passed.
Moved by Western,2°d by Don to approve Written response policy.Passed.
Transferred lease from Brem to Iikifirratft. (A11-4 F4 E P
Big Sky Aircraft building for sale M 2y 1 .7 E
