August 25, 1981
A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana,
was held in the Council Chambers and called to order by Mayor Larry D.
Herman, at ~LO0 p.m., on August 25, 1981. The purpose of this meeting
was to open Bond Bids and Construction Bids for SID 106.

SID 106 BOND BIDS: This being the time and place advertised, the only bid
received was opened and read aloud, which was from Yellowstone Bank, Laurel,
Montana, at a rate of 12.50%.
Motion by.. Alde.r..man E.hrlic~k that we accept the bid from Yellowstone
Bank at a rate of 12~50%~ seconded by Alderman Behm. Carried.

b'ids 'received were opened and read aloud as follows:

Motion. by. Alde.rman Ehrlick to accept the low bid subject to approval

There being no further business to come before the Council at this
time, the meeting was adjourned at 7:17 p.m.
