August 10, 1981
A special meeting of the City Councii of the City of Laurel, Montana,
was held in the Council Chambers and called to order by Mayor Larry D.
Herman, at 7:20 p.m., on August 10, 1981. The purpose of this meeting
was to discuss a fence at 1612 East 8th Street.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Albert Ehrlick
Duane Behm
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: Harold Burns
Donald Meyers
ALBERT EHRLICK - FENCE AT 1612 EAST 8th STREET:
from Mr. Paul Elsenpeter that he be allowed to
right-of-way.
Discussion.

Mr. Ehrlick has a request
place a fence on public
Motion by. Alderman Ehrlick that Paul Elsenpeter of I612 East 8th Street
be allowed to place a fence on public right-of-way on the condition that
he sign an indemnity to the City for any damage which~may be caused by the
fence and that he fuily understands the City is not abandoning the right-
of-way and that the City may require him to remove the fence at any time,
seconded by Alderman Behm. Carried.
There being no further business to come before the Council at this
time, the meeting was adjourned at.~ p.m.
Approved by the Mayo.r and passed by the City Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, this 18th day of August, 1981.
