Meeting called to order at 1900 by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were Bill Brennan,Bob Western,and Roy Zahm.
Guests present were Chad Kale,Bob Redding,Bob Spannagle,John
Ostlund,and intern.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
Bills were presented and approved.
Ostlund rejected S.O.M.E. Lease proposal.Wants new lease to be same as
old one,no new conditions.Wants new proposal in writing.Also wants
copies of all our bills and agendas.They will be available to him..
Sent letters to Kirby estate and Stewart/Felt giving them until July to
complete improvements specified on their hangars.
Nothing new on Metz "human rights "lawsuit.
Baber's fly in -date uncertain.No action.
Motion by Western,second by Zahm,to contract with Jares Fencing to install
automatic main gate.Passed.Suggestion by Redding to leave gate open in
daytime and only lock at night.
Schaak lease proposal.Lease area on taxiway at southeast comer of new
hangar area.He has insurance.Have contacted
F.A.A.,U.S.D.A.,and the State of Montana coceming his operations at the
Airport.Will probably take it up next meeting.
We need volunteers for weed control.Contact John.
Meeting adjourned at 1935.
