H.P. and Donnie met with Union #316 on Thursday night. Their choice for plans would be the 80/20 plan
and the 70/30 plan with the $500 deductible.
Bill said the police department indicated they would go with the 80/20 plan.
Cathy explained the sheets that will be used for the sign -up process. Dave will get the information to
Cathy early next week and it will be distributed to all employees. It was stressed that if anyone has
questions, please ask either Dave Allen or Cathy and they will try to answer their questions.
H.P. stated that in the past, some employees had trouble getting resolution of their claims. He hopes this
will not be an issue.
Bill said that if anyone has problems, please let him know.
Motion by Bill, seconded by Donnie to go with the 80/20 plan and the 70/30 plan with the $500
deductible. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 10:10 a.m.
