Meeting called to order at 1900 by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were Zahm,Western,Schlegelmilch,and Brennan.
Guests pirsent were Craig Canfield,Gary Mogan,and intern.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
Bills were presented and approved.
Western moved that we transfer funds to Wolf Point Airport.(we get them back when our
project starts)Seconded by Schlegelmilch and passed.
Metz"human rights case ".We won the fast step,next will be in court.We discussed
recommending that our liability insurance carrier NOT to pay Metz any claim.
Don reported on the Small Airport Con ferenc a Tbey`recommended :that we get the City
more involved in Airport business.No action.
Craig Canfield report; pavement condition survey,we may have to rehab runway and
taxiways in 2014 or 2015.Adraft has been submitted to F.A.A.on environmental study.
Fieldwork and paperwork are coinplete.May get approval by September.
L.P.V.report was resubmitted to N.G.S.in February.Another 6 months.
Kirby Hangar is still pending.
