RE: Final Project Closeout - Treasure State Endowment Program (TSEP)
Project #MT-TSEP-06-291 for the City of Laurel Waste-Water Improvements
Dear Mayor Olson:
According to the previously approved Project Completion Report and Department of Commerce
financial records, the City has expended all TSEP funds awarded for this project. Since more
than 90 percent of those expended funds have been audited and no findings related specifically
to..the accounting of TSEP.funds wer_e,noted,;and the final closeout certification was submitted,
the City"'has met the Treasure State Endowment Program requirements for final closeout
approval.
Please consider this letter documentation of final closeout approval of the City of Laurel's waste-
water project by the Department of Commerce Treasure State Endowment Program. The City's
staff and everyone involved in this project are commended for their accomplishments in making
this a successful project.
Please remember that all TSEP related records must be retained for three years after receipt of
