Meeting called to order at 1900 by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were Brennan,Westem,Zahm,and Schlegelmilch.
Guests were Metz,Spannagle,Ostlund,Schaak,Mogan,Pfieffle,Merle Williams.
Minutes of the September meeting were approved as amended.There was no meeting in
October due to lack of a quorum.
Bills for October were read and approved.
Bills for November were read and approved.
No public comment at this time.
-Old business;
Crilly won't seek lease renewal on hangar and it will be demolished.Kirby and Stewart
have not yet complied with our demands on their hangars although an additional year has
been allowed.Motion by Brennan,second by Western to notify them of their
noncompliance and allowing a additional 30 days before cancelling leases.Motion passed.
Aviation and Technology Week postponed till 2011.
Metz wants lease extended-Not due till Spring,tabled.
Big Sky wants to put in propane alternate heating.Approved.
Ostlund objected to our attorney's response to himHasn't received copy of Northern Skies
lease yet. We'll see that he gets one.
Discussed types of leases,Private Commercial are 20 year with 10 year
extensions.F.B.O.s are seperate.
Passed out copy of Montana Aerial Applicators seasonal lease agreement.
Discussed ways to prevent taxiway markers from being destroyed by mowers and
plowers.We will try various ways to mark them.Very expensive.
No meeting in December.
