April 28, 1982
A Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana, was
held in the Council Chambers and called to order by Mayor Albert Ehrlick at
7:5~p.m., on April 28, 1982, for the purpose ~f discussing the sidewalk £r[~tal-
lation at the dhdy ~reeman residence, 620 8th Street West. ~
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT:
Lonnie Kellogg
Marvin Carter
Donald Meyers
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: Duane Behm
BOB GAUTHIER - BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE:

It was originally Set up with the
and they had signed the petition that
the SID pay-
they wanted sidewalk along with curb and gutter to be set up on
merits.
She (Judy Freeman) is willing to agree to pay the same rate that the bonds
were sold for, which was 12½%. We have checked with Joe and as far as he can
tell there is no legal problem with this arrangement. The payments will be
spread over an g-year period,
Our request is that you reconsider the claim of Jerry Bublitz {Western
Finishers).
Motion by Alderman Meyers that we reconsider the payment of the claim to
Western Finishers, seconded by Alderman Brennan. Carried.
Motion by Alderman Gauthier to accept the recommendation of the Budget/
Finance Committee to pay the claim to Western Finishers, seconded by Alderman
Meyers. Carried.
The money will come out of the funds for SID 106.
There being no further business to~e before the Council at this time,
the meeting was adjourned at 8:01
