October 21, 2009 Blight n' Beautiful 11:30 a.m.
President Helen Johnson called the meeting to order and roll was taken. The Minutes from the
September 16 meeting were approved.
Financial: Checking: $590.78 Savings: $38,229.24 Deposits since Sept. Meeting:
Allied Recycling: $18.30
Barbara Varner: $50.00
The Award Banquet/Silent Auction will be held at the Crowne Plaza next Wednesday October
281'. Help is needed to set up the auction items. We will meet. at the Crowne Plaza at 2.00 p.m.
Helen Johnson, Jean Carroll Thompson, Jackie Schleder, Jerry Miller and Carolyn Miller will
be there. Volunteers are also needed to help with registration. Donna Miller, Helen Johnson,
Peggie Gaghen, Lisa Brandt and Hal Owen will come at 5:00 to help where needed and will
stay to close out the auction as well,

the "Make a Difference Day" cleanup that will be held on October 24", Groups who would like

group there to will Delp.
