These meetings will provide you with important information to assist in managing a potential pipeline emergency. This includes familiarization with the pipeline facilities in your area, emergency pipeline contact information, a description of available resources and the expectation for all parties to provide the highest level of public safety. Information about these meetings and additional online training opportunities can be found at www.pipelineawareness.org, Montana's pipeline operators are committed to establishing and maintaining liaisons with emergency response officials and public officials. Our goal is to provide you with the information necessary to effectively respond to a pipeline emergency. Please ensure at least one representative from your department attends a meeting. In addition, MUCC will be sponsoring contractor/excavator seminars the same day either through a breakfast or evening meal format, so please encourage your local contractorlexcavators to attend the MUCC seminar.
