September 21, 1983
A special meeting.of the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana, was
held in the Council Chambers and called to order by Mayor Albert Ehrlick at 5:15
p.m., on September 21, 1983, for the purpose of passing a resolution to authorize
Burlington Northern to connect to City sewer system on certain property.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Lonnie Kellogg Susan Carter
Marvin Carter Bob Gauthier
Duane Behm
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: Bill Brennan Fred Feuerbacher, III
Rob Harris
A resolution was presented authorizing BNRR to connect to City sewer and
authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the addendum to the contract
with BNRR dated July 28, 1983.
Discussion.
RESOLUTION NO. 2029
AUTHORIZING BURLINGTON NORTHERN RAILROAD COMPANY
TO CONNECT TO CITY SEWER SYSTEM ON CERTAIN PROPERTY.
Motion by Ald. erman Marvin Carter that Resolution No. 2029 be passed and
adopted, seconded by Alderwoman Sue Carter.
Division of the House:
Aldermen Marvin Carter, Bob Gauthier, and Sue Carter voted, "YES," and
Aldermen Behm and Kellogg voted, "NO." Motion carried 3--2.
Meeting adjourned at 5:37 p.m. ~~~~~
