June 28, 1983
A Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana, was
held in the Council Chambers and called to order by Mayor Albert Ehrli~k at 7:00
p.m., on June 28, 1983, for the purpose of opening the construction bids for the
wastewater treatment plant.

Jim Kaercher, from HKM Associates, said that before the bids are opened, he
wanted to make sure that everybody understood that there were two addendums out.
This being the time and place advertised, all bids received were opened and
read aloud as follows:

Motion by Alderman Behm to refer the bids to HKM Associates and the Public
Utilities Committee for review and to make a recommendation at the July 5th
regular Council meeting, seconded by Alderwoman Sue Carter. Motion carried.
A Public Utilities Committee meeting ~i~s scheduled for Tuesday, July 5th,
at 4:00 p.m., to meet with HKM Associates regarding the wastewater treatment
plant bids.
Meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
