RE: Full Notice to Proceed for the City of Laurel's Wastewater Project,
Contract #MT-TSEP-CG-08-390
Dear Mayor Olson:
As was indicated in the "Limited Notice to Proceed" letter issued June 16, 2009, once certified bid tabs
were submitted and sufficient funds were budgeted to complete the project, STEP 2 requirements for
the firm commitment of funds would be satisfied and Treasure State Endowment Program (TSEP)
funds would be available for the remainder of the project's eligible expenses.
The engineer for the City of Laurel submitted the documentation needed to show that funds for the
completion of your project are sufficient. Therefore, please consider this letter as approval to access
the remainder of the $750,000 TSEP grant award.
A copy of this "Full Notice to Proceed" letter should be retained with your project records. If you have
any questions, please feel free to contact me at 841-2786 or e-mail me at ddemaraisAmt.gov.
Sincerely,
Debra Demarais
