The engineer for the City of Laurel submitted the documentation needed to show that funds for the completion of your project are sufficient. Therefore, please consider this letter as approval to access the remainder of the $750,000 TSEP grant award. A copy of this "Full Notice to Proceed" letter should be retained with your project records. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 841-2786 or e-mail me at ddemaraisAmt.gov.
