Beslenwitch poinOd out that the City Council was auxivus to receive a report from the Airport Commission which shdold include the following: 1 - A proposed plan of regulaktions which +1ould include Zoning Regulations as well as Airport RuXos. 2 - A more adequate system for controlling gasoline sales and purchases. 3 - Periodic reports from the Airport Board Commission which will recommend projects and expenditures to the Council. The Commission agreed that they have been negligent in adopt- inW regulations and reporting to the Council but it was also felt that- expodditurem huvw been node-,y .the City, wi;.t ut the Commission's kncowledge or approval. The following action was initiated by the Commission•to comply with'the City Council's request: l - After considerable disc.dsaion, Greening volunteered to have photostatic copies of other Airport Zoning and Regu- latory Ord#nR es,*ade-np'.far.each member. These will be studied and at,a,special neeting''will be amended to suit the needs of the Lau rel Airport. 2 »Stormont agreed to assume responsibility of recording all delivery of gasoline, all accounts paid, proper charges made and control of the gasoline Vump, look and keys. This record will be brought up to data at the time of delivery of any amw gasoline purohaso. At the sage time a check will be written to the City of Laurel In the amount of 2¢ per gal.
