RESOLUTION NO. U03
A RESOLUTION ENTITLED: "A RESOLUTION OF `1'HE LAUREL MUNICIPAL AIRPORT COM-
MISSION OF THE CITY OF LAUREL, MONTANA, COUNTY OF YELLOWSTONE, MONTANA,,APPROVING
A LOAN OF $2,000.00 FROM THE MONTANA AERONAUTICS COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF
MONTANA TO SAID AIRPORT COMMISSION FOR THE PURPOSE OF AIRPORT DEVELOPMENT ON
THE LAUREL CITY AIRPORT; PROVIDING FOR THE REPAYMENT OF SAID LOAN, AND THE TERMS
THEREOF";
WHEREAS, the Laurel Municipal Airport Commission of the City of Laurel,
Montana, County of Yellowstone, Montana, has applied to the Montana Aeronautics
Commission of the State of Montana for a loan of State funds in the amount of
$2,000.00 to enable said Airport Commission to construct runway, taxiway paving
on the Laurel. City Airport; and
WEBPFAa, the State of Montana, by and through the Montana Aeronautics
Commission has prescribed the terms and conditions under which said loan
is to be repaid, to-wit: Said sum of $2,000.00 must be repaid to the Montana
Aeronautics Commission within five years beginning with the lst day of January;
1960 and ending with the 31st day of December, 1965; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that this Airport Commission, and the City of
Laurel, Montana, County of Yellowstone, Montana, accept such State monies
and expend the same upon such terms and conditions as are prescribed by the
State of Montana:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Laurel Municipal Airport Commission
of the City of Laurel, Montana, County of Yellowstone, Montana, as follows:
1. That said Airport Commission hereby agrees to receive and expend said
loan of $2,000.00 for the improvement of the Airport at the Laurel City Airport
in the manner and form applied for, and as approved by the Montana Aeronautics
Commission of the State of Montana, and in accordance with the laws of the State
of Montana and the regulations and requirements of the Montana Aeronautics Com-
mission.

2. That in consideration of said loan, the said Airport Commission hereby
obligates itself during the five years beginning with the 1st day of January, 1960
and ending with the 31st day of December, 1965, to repay to the Montana Aeronautics
Commission of the State of Montana said sum of $2,000.00.
3. That said Airport Commission, in consideration of.said loan, does hereby
obligate itself to include within its budget for the five years 1960 - 1965 suf-
ficient funds to pay and discharge skid loan of $2,000.00.
Unanimously passed and approved by the Laurel Municipal. Airport Commission
of the City of Laurel, Montana, County of Yellowstone, Montana, this
day of 1959
