WILEY To expedite the processing of our $2,000 loan for the Laurel Municipal Airport which was approved by the Montana Aeronautics Commission, we are enclosing herewith the following prepared documents: 1. Four copies of a Resolution to be passed and enacted by the Airport Commission. 2. Four copies of a Resolution to be passed and enacted by the City Council of Laurel. These Resolutions all concern a loan to the Laurel Municipal Airport Commission in the amount of $2,000 for construction of runway and taxi- way paving on the Laurel Municipal Airport. The Resolution for the Airport Commission should.be submitted to this body to be enacted by them. Also, after the Airport Commission has en- acted its Resolution, they should submit the Resolution to the City Council of Laurel to be passed and enacted by them. Before the City Resolution is submitted to this governing body, the copies of the Reso- lution of the Laurel Municipal Airport Commission, which are attached to the City Resolutions as Exhibit "A", should be completed in the same manner and forwarded as it was passed by the Airport Commission. The City Resolution will have to be passed twice and thirty (30) days should intervene between the first and. second reading before final passing. After enactment of these Resolutions by the City Council and Airport Commission, please return to the Montana Aeronautics Commission, two copies for the Commission's use. Dr. D. A. Nottingham, Chairman June 18, 1959 Page 2 The Resolutions should be certified, as being true and correct by the Secretary of the City Council as concerns the City Resolution. It would be adviseable to turn these Resolutions over to the Airport Commission Attorney and let him carry it from there.
