MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LAUREL, IION"IANI? .
The City Council cf the City of Laurel, Montana, hela a regular
meeting in the Council Chambers, in the City Hall, located at, 11.5 W. First,
Laurel, Montana, and. was called to order by I?Iayor Beslarwitch, at 7:30
o'clocl?, P.P4., on Tuesday, September 5, 1961.
The followirg Aldermen answered present.:

RESCLUTICN NO. 1169
Resolution No. 1169, being a resolution providing for the sale
and issuance c;,f "General Sewage Disposal Plant Bonds, City of Laurel,
Montana, 1961" in the amount of $300,000.00, was presented and read.
Iz. was moved by Alderman huff and seconded by Alderman Romee That.
Resolution No. 1169 be passed and adopted. Upon taking roll. call vote,
all. aldermen present voted "Aye" and said resolution was oeclared. passed
and adopted.

It was duly moved anal seconded that this meeting be a.djc.urned.
The motion carried.
