July 2~, 1985
A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana, was
held in the Council Chambers and called to order by Mayor Albert Ehrlick
at 5:20 p.m., on July 24, 1985, for the purpose of passing a resolution
declaring it unnecessary to hold a primary election for the offices of
Mayor, City Treasurer, City Judge, and four (4) Aldermen in the City of
Laurel on September 10, 1985.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Lonnie Kellogg
Marvin Carter
Donald Meyers
Rob Harris
Bob Gauth~er
Chuck Dickerson
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: Mel Krug
Bill Brennan
RESOLUTION[ NO. 2164
DECLARING IT UNNECESSARY TO HOLD A PRIMARY ELECTION
FOR THE OFFICES OF MAYOR, CITY TREASURER, CITY JUDGE,
AND FOUR (4} ALDERMEN IN THE CITY OF LAUREL ON
SEPTEMBER 10, 1985.
Motion by Alderman Carter that Resolution No. 2164 be passed and adopted,
seconded by Alderman Meyers. Motion carried 5--0.
Meeting adjourned at 5:21 p.m.
