for the purpose of construotings principally the excavation of app.-

proper compleptian and proper operation of the said sewer mains,

twelve (12), seventeen (17), two (2)0, eight (8), eleven (11), eighteen

Subdivision, Blocks twenty-three (23), twenty-two (22), twenty-one (21),
twenty (20), twentywfivs (25), twenty-six (26), and twenty-seven (27),
all in East Yellowstone Subdivision, and also parcel of land more
particularly described an follows: beginning at a point at the in-
trersecticA of south Fourth Street and the West Right of 'away of the
Northern Pacific Red Lodge Branch, thence its a Southeasterly direction
along said Right of Way for a distance of four hundred thirty (430)

be drawn on the fund of Special Improvement District No. 91, and
made payable exclusively from said fund. Such bonds shall be of the
denood4ation of one hundred dollars or multiple* or fraotions thereof j
such assesaments shall be in five (5) annual installments and the
payment of such annual. Installments end of said coat of expense are
hereby extended over a period of five (5) years from and after the
ocupl. tion of said improvements, said payments to constitute a fund
to be known as " Fund of Special Improvement District No. 73L,e
SECTION b. All ordinanoes or parts of ordinances in conflict
with or Inconsistent with this ordinance are hsr.eby repealed..
