April 17,_1986
A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Laurel, Motana, was
held in the Council Chambers and called to order by Mayor Bob Gauthier at
5:05 p.m., on April 17, 1986.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Donna Kilpatrick Donald Meyers
Mel Krug Rob Harris
L. D. Collins Norman Orr
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: Ervin Wood Chuck Dickerson
This meeting was called for the specific purpose of the first reading of
the ordinance regarding the assessment of fire department costs to non-
residents.
ORDINANCE N0. 878 (first reading)
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF FIRE
DEPARTMENT COSTS. TO NON-RESIDENTS..
Motion by Alderman Mevers that Ordinance No. 878 (first reading) be
passed and adopted, seconded by Alderman Harris. Upon taking a roll call
vote all aldermen present answered, "YES." Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Council at this time,
the meeting was adjourned at 5:10 p.m.
