T e meeting was called to order at 1900 by Chairman John Smith.
A 1 members were present.
Guests present were Doug Poehls,Randy Pfiefle,Craig Canfield,Chad
Potter,and Jacob Keierleber(R.M.C.intern).
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
Bills were presented and approved.
$$6.00 was sent to Will Metz for scrap iron sale).
Craig reported that the enviromental had been submitted.
Our 5 year capital improvement was submitted.
Lease statements for 2008/2009 were sent to hangar owners as well as
fire protection assessments.Weed and cleanup letters were also sent.
Montana Airport Managers meeting in Helena,Oct 15 & 16.
City will host"Board Training" Oct 28 & 29 at city hall.
Metz wants to convert lease from commercial to private.Tabled.
Read letter from Northern Skies concerning S.O.M.E.not providing any
sorvices.We will discuss with them.
Wrote letters to Kirby and Stewart concerning finishing their hangars
as per agreement.
Meeting adjourned at 2002.
