A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Laurel,
Montana, was held in the Council Chambers and called to order by
Mayor Bob Gauthier at 7:20 p.m., on August 5, 1987 for the
purpose of holding a public hearing on the 1987-88 Preliminary Budget.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Donna Kilpatrick
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT:
Chuck Rodgers
Norman Orr
Chuck Dickerson
L. D. Collins
Donald Meyers
Rob Harris
Ervin Wood
This being the time and place advertised and according to MCA 7-6-4288,
a public hearing was held.
There was no one present in the audience.
The Mayor presented severaI changes to the preliminary budget.
Motion by Alderman Meyers to close the Public Hearing, seconded by
Alderman Orr. Motion carried 5--0.
Motion by Alderman Harris to approve and adopt the budget changes
as presented, seconded by Alderman Orr. Motion carried 5--0.
Meeting adjourned at 7:28 p.m.
