HE IT OIMA321D BY THE CITY COUNCIL Or TIC; CITY OF LAUREL:
j SECTIM 1. That all cost and expense of raking the improvements
rovided for in Resolution No. passed and approved on the
day of - A.D. 19 , entitled, "Resolution of Intention to
create Special Improvement District No. 42", for the purpose of constructing
in conformity with the specifications adApted and approved by the City Council,

aECTION 2. That the cost and expense of ruazing said loprovements shall

rovement District No. 42 and made payable exclusively from said fund. Such
