OMINA= NO. An Ordinance declaring the method of apportioning and snreading

triet No. 38 of the Citv of Laurel, Montana, broviding for the payment
?of said improvements and the issuing of bonds therefor and creating a

HE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COQNMM OF TIDE CITY OF LAUREL, ANA:
SECTION 1. That all costs and expense of making the improvements
=sp**sd by the City Council on the 27th day of June. A.D. 1919, entitled
"Resolution of Intention to Create S-eoial Improvement District No. 36,11

1(', for the -puraose of contracting in conformity with the specifications
1 ? adQVted and arproved by the City Cotmell, of a coixerete side-walk with-
1 j in. said district as more Tarticularly set forth, described and specified
in said Resolution, shall. be raid for by the said entitled district, each
lot or parcel of land within said district bordering or abutting uran a
lei street or streets or avenue or avenues, wherein or whereon the imnrove-

SECTION 2. That the costs and eroense of making said improvements
